New Paint Palettes
Resolution Regarding Approved Exterior Paint Colors
The following new paint palette for homes in Mesquite Ranch HOA has been adopted pursuant to the authority granted by article 4.12.5 of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. This resolution supersedes and replaces the exterior paint guidelines adopted on April 1 2007 in section 3.6. All quadrants must choose from Sherwin-Williams schemes 1-31 with optional door accent colors listed for Mesquite Ranch at https://www.sherwin-williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore-colors/hoa/tucson/az/mesquite-ranch-universal-paint-palette--all-quadrants/.

The quarterly assessment can be paid by mail, credit card, or eCheck. There is no fee for the eCheck option, but a $10 fee is charged by CIT Bank when paying by credit card. The homeowner needs the Management Company ID (1164), Association ID (000MR) and Property Acct # (which is 3 zeros, 000, and your lot # which is 001-619). If you don't remember your lot number, just contact Cassie Livingston and she will provide it to you. CIT Bank provides all the instructions and options at the following link. Make an assessment payment.
Pool Reservation Form
The last page of the Pool & Park Area Rules document contains the form to fill out for submitting a request for a use permit or a reservation. Mail the form and a refundable $100 deposit to ADAM, LLC. Please read closely as the rules have been updated.Download form
Member Complaint Form
This form can be completed and sent to the Association management company (ADAM, LLC) to register a complaint of an HOA policy violation by a Mesquite Ranch resident.Download form
Design Review Submittal
The Design Review Submittal form should be used for all projects requiring Design Review Committee (DRC) approval (see Design Guidelines resource on this page). The deadline for submitting requests is the 15th of every month. The committee will meet monthly and return a response to ADAM LLC the 1st business day of each month. Should you miss the deadline, your submittal will be reviewed the following month when the committee meets again. Keep this in mind when waiting for a reply.Download form
